Scensive’s new electronic nose, Bloodhound ® ST306 is housed in a high quality case, with front mounted sample and reference ports, upgraded software and hardware.

 

The instrument is PC driven and simple to use, data analysis software included, can be used for direct analysis of odour samples with minimal sample preparation.

 

Instruments are supplied with sensor arrays suitable for general research or selected to be application specific.

Bloodhound® Data Analyzer 2009a

Scensive’s all new software system, is designed for clarity and ease of use. It allows the user to record odours into a Knowledge Base, then compare and classify any new samples.

 

Researchers and skilled users have full access to manage sample protocols, view data and supervise the data analysis.

 

Most importantly, unskilled users can also now test new samples and record the result using a simple ‘traffic light’ diagnostic, with all of the machine control and file management being automatically carried out by the software.

Bloodhound® Sensor Arrays

Standard Bloodhound® instruments are fitted with broad range odour recognition Sensor Arrays, these are robust and ideal for laboratories who want to study a variety of applications.

Where users need to increase sensitivity for a particular application (such as medical diagnosis), a dedicated Sensor Array can be selected and installed.
