Collaboration

Scensive has secured agreements for specific applications in technical fields such as; human health, animal welfare and industrial process control. Our partner organisations are truly world leading and yet there are many more opportunities.

Scensive is actively seeking strategic partnerships with commercial organisations who recognise the potential for this technology and seek to develop application specific products. Scensive will consider any appropriate collaborative structure, including: licensing-in (or -out), contract manufacture, investment, joint venture, etc.

Scensive is working in collaboration with the University of Leeds, Cranfield University and others to establish UK, European and global research programs that will revolutionise biomimetic sensing technology.

Research

As a privately funded SME, Scensive can play a vital role in the constitution and support of multi-institution research programmes:

  • e-nose equipment supply
  • collaborative research
  • programme management
  • commercialisation

Expressions of interest from research institutions or commercial partners who wish to work with Scensive to develop new processes or applications for this technology are welcomed.

Scensive’s Head Office and main laboratory is here in Normanton, West Yorkshire, not far from the city of Leeds. The core team are based here, as are; sales office, product development and test facilities.

Our private ‘wet’ laboratory is close by and used for sensor chemistry, material research, manufacture and testing. Here we have access to a wider variety of specialist facilities and laboratories suitable for handling hazardous materials.

Our Normanton office has good facilities for consortium or user training meetings. We are conveniently located close to the M62 near Wakefield, with ready access to the UK’s motorway network and not far from the regions airports of Leeds, Manchester, Sheffield, Doncaster, etc…
